It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious open-concept kitchen/living/dining area. We have a Smart TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and AppleTV, as well as private high-speed wi-fi. Enjoy our brand new, large backyard deck with hard top roof, propane BBQ, propane fire bowl, campfire area, and excellent views of the pond, sunset and weekend fireworks.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, double-wide trailer featuring a king principle bedroom, single over double bunk in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom. It also has a full sized sleeper sofa sectional in the living room.

HOUSE RULES

​

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - 50% deposit due at time of booking via e-transfer. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposit is refundable with a cancellation notice of 4 weeks. 

​

CHECK IN/OUT - Check-in time is 3PM on the date of arrival. Check-out time is promptly at 11AM.

​

Single family, 6 person occupancy. No Smoking. No Pets (although contact us for exceptions).

​

Garbage and recycling is your responsibility. You must dispose of it yourself in any of the designated garbage facilities on-site. Please help the environment by recycling the posted items in the designated bins. Information will be provided regarding disposal.

​

Bed linens and toiletries are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Covers are used on all mattresses and pillows. Duvets and blankets are provided.

​

The unit will be fully sanitized and cleaned using COVID-19 approved cleaning products.

​

RESORT RULES

​

All renters must be 25+ with valid photo ID. This does not mean that an adult can book the space for minors, or those under the required age. The person in which the reservation is booked under must be present and remain on the premises for the duration of the stay. 

​

Reservations during June 24th – September 4th must be a minimum of 3 nights.

​

There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles will be denied entry.

​

No visitors are permitted for renters. If a visitor attempts to access the resort while a rental guest is registered to the site, they will be refused entry.

​

Golf cart operators must be 18+. Golf cart operators must have attained a valid full Class G driver’s license. Birth certificates are not acceptable. Those found driving a golf cart without meeting these requirements may be issued a fine and/or will be removed from the resort.

​

Resort quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. Fireworks and floating lanterns are not allowed within the property.

​

All guests entering the resort are required to check in at the gate and/or front office to acquire wristbands that must be worn at all times. Wristbands are mandatory for ALL guests ages 6+. Please note when booking your rental you are responsible to adequately account for the number of people in your group ages 6 and older. Failure to do so could result in denied entry.

​

Once inside the resort, visitors may visit the quarry, beaches, restaurant, arcade and SportsPlex at no charge. To use the waterpark (pools, splash pad and waterslides), an additional wristband purchase must be made. Should you require access to the water park, you may purchase the additional wristbands online or at the Welcome Centre as per 2022 resort prices listed below. Children 5 and under are free and do not require wristbands. The water park wristband is not included in your rental price. 

 

  • All prices include HST

  • Daily passes are valid for any single day of the week

  • Mon-Fri passes are valid for all 5 days

  • Weekly passes are valid for any consecutive 7 days
