We are Adrienne and Tristan, the homeowners of Quarry Surf Villa. Though we only officially became the owners in 2022, this cottage has been in our family for almost 10 years, and we have been enjoying our summers at Sherkston Shores for over 25 years!​

​

We want to share our cottage and all that it has to offer with family and friends, so you too can enjoy all that Sherkston Shores has to offer.

2023 Rates (Peak Season, June 25 - September 4)

 

​FRI - MON (3 nights) - $450/night

MON- FRI (4 nights) - $400/night

FULL WEEK (7 nights) - $400/night

LONG WEEKEND (3 nights) - $600/night

All bookings occur with Monday or Friday check-ins only.

By privately renting Quarry Surf Villa, you'll see a number of significant savings, including:

​

• REDUCED RENTAL RATES - Rental rates during the peak season (mid-June to September) can go as high as $800/night by renting directly through the resort. Rates have been known to rise to $1000/night for a holiday long weekend! Some other private rental rates can reach as high as $700/night. 

• GOLF CART USE - Your rental includes the use of our new lifted golf cart, a savings of approx. $90/day, or $545/week (the cost of renting a non-lifted golf-cart from the exclusive resort vendor, Birdie's Golf Carts).

• PROPANE INCLUDED - Our back patio is equipped with a ready-to-use propane BBQ and propane fire bowl.

• FIREWOOD INCLUDED - Unlimited firewood is provided during your stay. Bringing outside firewood into the resort is prohibited, and the cost per bag at the Supermart is $10.

• PRIVATE HI-SPEED WIFI - Sherkston Shores provides free, resort-wide wifi, but it is often slow and unpredictable. Our private hi-speed wifi provides a reliable and stable internet connection during your stay. 

• SMART TV - Use your own account, or use our guest accounts to access Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and AppleTV.

• CLEANING FEE INCLUDED - $100 per stay

• RESORT REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDED - $10 per person

Rental Policy and Notes

 

HOUSE RULES

​

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - 50% deposit due at time of booking via e-transfer. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposit is refundable with a cancellation notice of 4 weeks. 

​

CHECK IN/OUT - Check-in time is 3PM on the date of arrival. Check-out time is promptly at 11AM.

​

Single family, 6 person occupancy. No Smoking. No Pets (although contact us for exceptions).

​

Garbage and recycling is your responsibility. You must dispose of it yourself in any of the designated garbage facilities on-site. Please help the environment by recycling the posted items in the designated bins. Information will be provided regarding disposal.

​

Bed linens and toiletries are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Covers are used on all mattresses and pillows. Duvets and blankets are provided.

​

The unit will be fully sanitized and cleaned using COVID-19 approved cleaning products.

​

RESORT RULES

​

All renters must be 25+ with valid photo ID. This does not mean that an adult can book the space for minors, or those under the required age. The person in which the reservation is booked under must be present and remain on the premises for the duration of the stay. 

​

Reservations during June 24th – September 4th must be a minimum of 3 nights.

​

There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles will be denied entry.

​

No visitors are permitted for renters. If a visitor attempts to access the resort while a rental guest is registered to the site, they will be refused entry.

​

Golf cart operators must be 18+. Golf cart operators must have attained a valid full Class G driver’s license. Birth certificates are not acceptable. Those found driving a golf cart without meeting these requirements may be issued a fine and/or will be removed from the resort.

​

Resort quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. Fireworks and floating lanterns are not allowed within the property.

​

All guests entering the resort are required to check in at the gate and/or front office to acquire wristbands that must be worn at all times. Wristbands are mandatory for ALL guests ages 6+. Please note when booking your rental you are responsible to adequately account for the number of people in your group ages 6 and older. Failure to do so could result in denied entry.

​

Once inside the resort, visitors may visit the quarry, beaches, Boston Pizza, arcade and SportsPlex at no charge. To use the waterpark (pools, splash pad and waterslides), an additional wristband purchase must be made. Should you require access to the water park, you may purchase the additional wristbands online or at the Welcome Centre as per 2022 resort prices listed below. Children 5 and under are free and do not require wristbands. The water park wristband is not included in your rental price.
